First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Second
Mortgage Loan Program.

Artesia Redevelopment Agency to sponsor a program to homebuyers advancing the $8,000 tax credit.  Artesia’s first time home buyers tax credit second mortgage loan program will assist the 1st time home buyer with funds for the required down payment and closing cost on an FHA insured mortgage loan.  The advance will be for a term of 6 months or less and would be secured by a 2nd mortgage and rights to the borrowers tax credit dollars.  Homebuyers eventually file his/her tax return and upon receiving the tax credit pays off the second mortgage lien.  For information on the Artesia Redevelopment Agency’s First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Second Mortgage Loan Program please do not hesitate to contact Wesley Wolf at 949 489 8036 or Pam Newcomb at 858 444 1000 or Marshall Linn and/or Michael Busch at (714) 283-9334.
