The County of San Bernardino Single Family Bond Issue of 2000 Series A-1 and B-1 (mortgage interest rate of 7.90%) Program is closes to new homebuyers effective April 1, 2001. The "Lender Notice of Rate" states that the loan origination period ends April 1, 2001 and the loan purchase deadline is also April 1,2001.

A new Single Family Bond Issue, with a new exciting mortgage interest rate should be available by June 2001!
