The La Puente Public Financing Authority is issuing its 2016 Refunding Revenue Bonds to refund the Authority’s 2007 Series Sewer Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10 million dollars.
The Authority approved the appointment of (a) Norton Rose Fulbright to provide Bond Counsel services in connection with the Bonds, (b) Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, as Placement Agent in connection with the Bonds, (c) Wolf & Company, Inc., as Financial Advisor in connection with the Bonds. The Refunding is expected to close in August of 2016.
